Game 10: Dayton 80 Alabama 48

In a game that was once tied at 18, the Dayton Flyers went on a 50-18 run putting the game out of reach and defeating Alabama handily, 80-48.

Alabama struggled mightily committing more turnovers (20) than field goals made (17) shooting under 30% from the field while their leading scorer Riley Norris had just nine points.

Charles Cooke’s 21 points and seven rebounds paced Dayton in the win and Steve McElvene registered a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds.  Guard Scoochie Smith added 15 points and Darrell Davis’ 10 points finishes off Dayton’s quartet of players in double figures.
